DESCRIPTION:AIFMD Review\nBy 29 January 2021, ALFI will submit its response to the consultation on the review of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD) to the European Commission.\nThe 102 questions of the consultation’s long version touch upon many topics that have or have not been discussed before in the reports issued by or on behalf of the Commission. Many ALFI working groups were involved in the preparation of the response.\nThe aim of the briefing will be to inform the Luxembourg fund and asset management community in a concise manner of the key aspects identified by ALFI.
