DESCRIPTION:Overview of the EU Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR)\nIn view of the EU Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (“SFDR”), the ESG Club of the LPEA will host a webinar to support our members on the last steps needed to comply with the new regulation coming into force on March 10th 2021. One of the aspects coming before the due date is the review and approval by the CSSF on the proposed SFDR changes through its fast track procedure. All AIF offering documents must be filed for visa, together with the confirmation letter, by 28 February 2021 at the latest. This and other subjects will be on core of the discussion to help you prepare for the new regulation.\n\n
