DESCRIPTION:Online ILA Conducting Officer Forum\n\nThe ILA Conducting Officer Forum was established over a decade ago and has grown from a small group of Conducting Officers to a large diverse group covering a diverse range of IFMs (UCITS Management Companies and AIFMs) including in-house and third party IFMs. The Forum offers the opportunity to share ideas and have an open discussion on industry trends, regulation and evolving best market practice. This creates a good opportunity to network and share ideas with fellow Conducting Officers in an informal manner without minutes or active working groups.\nAny topics that may give rise to the need for guidance papers or other publications will be fed into a working group within ILA or one of the other industry associations as is deemed most appropriate. The Forum also works in close collaboration with the ALFI Fund Governance Forum and the ALFI Management Company Committee.\n\nREGISTER\n\nThe main topics that will be discussed at this weeks’ forum are the\n\nSustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (“SFDR”),\nCSSF questionnaire on ESMA costs & fees exercise,\npotential impact from the ILP on Luxembourg’s illiquid fund sector\nstatus of new electronic forms\nnew eDesk module\nrevised notification form for NAV calculation errors\nsimplification of the submission process for a new sub-fund\n\nWe would be pleased if you join us in these discussion and share your views.\n\n\n\nPractical details\nThe target audience for this Forum is appointed Conducting Officers, invited by e-mail. Attendance is reserved to persons on the distribution list of this invitation e-mail. Should you wish to be part of the distribution list, please send an e-mail to events@ila.lu ( mailto:events@ila.lu ).\nThe rules of the Forum foresee that one delegate only for each ManCo or participating entity is present at the debate in order to have a larger diversity in the group.\n\n
