He currently serves as Head of the “Prudential Supervision and Risk Management” department within the UCI métier.\nMarie Lichterowicz, Economist – International, regulation and enforcement department, CSSF\nMarie Lichterowicz is in charge of analysing and following up on regulatory aspects relating to Luxembourg Undertakings for Collective Investment (“UCI”) within the investment fund department of the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (“CSSF”). Recently, Marie led the CSSF initiative to modernise Chapter D of Circular IML 91/75 and to provide the industry with a strong and comprehensive regulatory framework for UCI administrators, resulting in the publication of Circular CSSF 22/811 on authorisation and organisation of entities acting as UCI administrator. She is also a member of the CSSF Outsourcing task force, whose work led to Circular CSSF 22/806. Marie joined the CSSF at the end of 2013 as an economist. She previously worked in the private sector as an external auditor specialized in the investment fund industry, notably as a manager. Marie holds a Master’s Degree from Skema Business School in Management (major in audit) and a Maîtrise des Sciences et Techniques Comptables et Financières “MSTCF” diploma (Chartered Accountant Training) from the University of Lille, completing a dual program.\n
