AML GUIDELINES
AML/CFT requires strict adherence to the highest possible standards from all stakeholders in the industry. Hear from our experts for a snapshot of key recommendations and practical insights, covering both diligence on assets.
ALFI has last published its guidelines in 2013 and has come a long way since.
The document, drafted in collaboration with several other associations of the financial centre, aims at reducing risk of money laundering and terrorist financing in the Luxembourg Fund Industry.
Join us on 20 May 2021 as we will discuss the specifics in regards to anti-money laundering developments in Luxembourg, and the requirements placed on entities, their boards and managers ongoing.
Please note that this event is for ALFI members only and it is not open to press.
