SFDR: Are you ready for the 10 March 2021?

y 10 March 2021 at the latest, all investment funds and Investment Fund Managers will have to comply with the main provisions of the SFDR.

All investment funds and sub-funds and in fact all financial products offered to retail and institutional investors, must adapt their offering documents to the new requirements stemming from SFDR.

ALFI is publishing Guidelines which outline the principles applicable to IFMs at the level of the financial products they manage regarding the pre-contractual disclosure requirements as per articles 6, 8 and 9 of the SFDR.
